Next To Rise Presents: The Cypher Series. This will be a Cypher competition hitting different cities. In the Image of Bet Cypher, Next to rise implements a new tv show airing on RHE Tv Network on Roku and Amazon Fire Tv / Stick as well as online at RHETV.us . How it works: 4 people will team up and compete in the cypher to a beat provided to you by the show against other teams. The winners will be selected by the fans of the show. The voting System will be set up by Next to Rise and it will be a online voting system. Each winning team will move on to the next round and until they reach the finals. The winning team of the finals will win a prize package including a Single Distribution Deal for the song they will create together for the Season 2 Theme song.
